What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order at Faluzi, the delivery time may be slightly different than what you’re used to.
Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save significantly on storage and transportation costs. This allows us to keep our prices sharp and affordable.
The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand for our products, it may take a little longer for your order to arrive. We kindly ask for your patience.
If the delivery time has already passed and you still haven’t received your package, please send us an email at support@faluzi.com. We’ll investigate the issue and update you about your shipment.
I want to exchange/return my order. How can I do this?
To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service at support@faluzi.com.
Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000 as shown in your confirmation email), and the reason for returning.
We will provide you with the return address and confirm your return. After that, you can ship the product back to us with the courier of your choice.
What are the costs for returns?
Returns are unfortunately at your own expense. The costs depend on the courier you choose. Please check your courier’s website for more information about shipping fees.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You always have a 30-day return period. The return period starts on the day you received the item.
Returns are only accepted if:

The return period has not expired;

The product is in its original packaging with all tags still attached;

The product has not been used or worn.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna (Pay Later).
If you are unsure whether your payment method is accepted, simply follow the steps at checkout to see all available options. All transactions are processed through secure and reliable payment systems and are 100% safe.
What if I haven’t received a confirmation email for my order?
That shouldn’t happen. If you haven’t received a confirmation, please send us an email at support@faluzi.com with your full name and the email address you used for your order. We’ll help you right away.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible at support@faluzi.com. Include your name, order number (e.g. #0000 from your confirmation email), and the reason for cancellation.
We’ll then process your cancellation request.
