General Terms and Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions

Consumer: A natural person not acting in the exercise of a profession or business who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

Entrepreneur: The legal entity offering products through the online store Faluzi.

Distance Contract: An agreement concluded remotely between the entrepreneur and the consumer using online communication.

Right of Return: The customer’s right to return products within the set return period as specified in these terms.

Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers and orders placed on the Faluzi online store.
Article 4 – The Offer
All offers are non-binding. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude any import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees.
Article 5 – The Agreement
The agreement is concluded once the customer places an order and payment has been confirmed. The customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
Article 6 – Returns
Customers have the right to return their order within 30 days of receipt.

Customers must first contact our support team at support@faluzi.com to request return authorization and receive the return address.

Return costs (from the customer to our warehouse in China) are at the customer’s expense.

Refunds will be issued within 15 days after the returned product is received in good condition.
Article 7 – Customs, Duties and Taxes (DDU)

All orders are shipped under the term Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

The customer is solely responsible for all costs related to importation, including customs duties, goods and services tax (GST), provincial sales tax (PST), harmonized sales tax (HST), and brokerage or clearance fees.

The entrepreneur is not liable for delays, seizures, or additional charges imposed by customs or couriers.
Article 8 – Delivery

Orders are delivered within 5 to 12 business days on average.

We work with Canada Post and DHL for safe and reliable shipping.

Tracking information will be provided.

Delays caused by customs clearance or unexpected demand are beyond our responsibility.
Article 9 – Product Quality and Warranty
We strive to ensure our products meet quality expectations.

Complaints about defects must be reported to support@faluzi.com within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with tags still attached.
Article 10 – Liability
Faluzi is not liable for damages caused by delays, customs clearance, or misuse of products. Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.
Article 11 – Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will preferably be resolved amicably. If not, disputes will be brought before the competent court in the Netherlands.
