At Faluzi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Right
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt. You do not need to provide a reason.

Contact Us First
Before sending back your order, please contact our support team at support@faluzi.com. In many cases, we can help you with a quick solution such as a replacement or a partial refund. If you still wish to return your item, our support team will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Return Shipping
Please note: Return shipping from your location to our warehouse in China is at your own expense. Costs depend on the courier you choose. Please check with your carrier for the exact rates.

Refunds
Once your return has been received in good condition, we will refund the full order amount including the original shipping costs within 15 days.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

• The return period of 30 days must not have expired.

• The product must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.

• The product must not have been used or worn.
